A “User already exists” message occurs when the registration process has already been completed.

How to Create a User Profile

The first person to register becomes the Web Admin.
This can be updated once logged in. Contact your branch for further assistance.

Enter First Name, Last Name and Email.

  1. Add a Login. We suggest using an email address as a login name.
  2. Add a Password. Follow the complexity standards as shown.

Sign up for eForms and Cancellation Warning emails.
Paper communications will continue to be mailed where required by law.

Choose Submit

  • If opting in to eForms, an eForms terms consent page will display.
  • A welcome email is sent from IPFS. Add webmail@ipfs.com to your address book to ensure successful delivery.
